Betty's Victory March

Toys have vanquished a stuffed gorilla in Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, a 1934 Betty Boop cartoon released a year after King Kong.

It was a horrible war, apparently. We have mismatched parts of toys put together marching along.



Even the Betty Boop doll suffered an injury.



The toys collapse and the camera pans back to end the cartoon. There’s a lot of stuff to animate here, so the pan saves on some footage.
