Droopy started out in cartoons slow and morose. At the end, he was a little more up-tempo, but he was never like he was at the end of
Wild and Woolfy (1945). Red kisses him, but then finds her usual man-tease backfires as he gets excited and chases her on his pony. He grabs her and holds her while riding stage left as the iris closes.
