Whack a Dog

The dog thinks he’s taken care of a squirming fox in his sack in Tex Avery’s Out-Foxed, but it turns out to be another dog from his kennel.



Here’s the reaction shot and then the drawing that starts the next scene. Do you think Avery changed animators? (This is a rhetorical question).



Mike Lah, Walt Clinton, Grant Simmons and Bobe Cannon are the credited animators. My guess is Lah animated the first scene above.
